We want everyone to be able to use our website. This page explains what we do, where we fall short and how to tell us about a problem.
Wild Web Services aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on wildweb.design. We have not yet had a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we describe our status as partly assessed. We review the site ourselves whenever we change it.
Pages use a logical heading order and descriptive link text, so screen readers and keyboard users can find their way around.
Menus, buttons, forms and links can be used with a keyboard, and a visible outline shows where you are on the page.
If your device is set to reduce motion, our animations and transitions are switched off. The site also works on phones and when text is enlarged.
We are working on these areas and will update this page as they are fixed.
If you find something on our site that you cannot use, or you need information in a different format, email info@wildweb.design or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the page address, what went wrong and how you would like to receive the information. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
If you contact us and are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), the independent body that advises on equality and human rights issues in Great Britain.
This statement was prepared in October 2026 from our own review of the site. We will update it after each significant change to the website.
